[vc_row][vc_column width=”1/1″][vc_empty_space height=”32px”][vc_column_text]Here are some effective revision tips to help when it comes to exam preparation:[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/3″][vc_single_image image=”1329″ border_color=”grey” img_link_target=”_self” img_size=”full” alignment=”center”][vc_column_text]

PLAN EARLY

Create a timetable first to ensure you have time to cover all subjects.

STRUCTURE REVISION

Revise complimentary subjects e.g. Maths before other numerical/statistical subjects such as physics.

FOCUS ON STRENGTHS & WEAKNESSES

Spend more time on areas you find difficult but make sure every area of study is covered.

COLOUR CODING

Match colours in your plan to those in your revision notes, which act as a good memory aid for your revision.

PROGRESS ASSESSMENT

Complete past papers and compare to previous attempts to review progress.

EACH SUBJECT IS DIFFERENT

You do not need to devote an equal amount of time to each subject – you may find some easier than others.

STRICT YET FLEXIBLE PLAN

Keep to your plan as much as possible, however if an area takes longer than expected, try to allow for time to be made up later on.

MAKE IT A POSTER

Scaling your notes to A3/A2 allows you to make additional comments/notes.
